COMMISSIONS

It is a pleasure to work with clients and Interior Designers to create the perfect piece for your home. One of the primary facets of my business is commission work. Whether you are a designer or a collector, I’ll work closely with you to determine the best piece for your space in person, FaceTime or photos. It’s an exciting and fun opportunity to work together making the piece more meaningful. Creating a special piece will not only elevate a space, but will serve as a wonderful topic of conversation for generations to come.

Please email me at rbabbin@gmail.com to start the conversation. If you would like to commission a painting, it is best to know the following:

• 2 or 3 examples of my work that you most want your painting to look like. You can choose photos from my Instagram account or website. (Note that no original pieces look exactly alike).

• Colors you would like and don’t like in the piece. Fabric and paint swatches can b e helpful.

• Size: If you need assistance choosing your size I can advise. I am also available for FaceTime calls to talk through the project.

• You can (and should) send photos of the space where the commission will be, fabric and/or wallpaper swatches, inspiration.

Terms of commissioning a painting: Once details are confirmed, a 50% deposit is required. When I feel your painting is nearly complete, I will send photos for your approval. 2 rounds of edits are included in the cost. Any additional will incur a fee. The balance plus shipping will be due after approval and before delivery.
